United States Shipping
Please provide a street address with your order - not a PO box.  Angelsong Creations ships to all US location except Alaska and Hawaii via UPS because UPS provides both tracking and insurance on your shipment. Our shipping charges are as follows:

Post Office Box, Alaska and Hawaii Shipments are shipped by Priority Mail which usually takes 3-5 days.
Priority Mail does not provide tracking and insurance. Please let us know if you would like tracking and/or insurance on your order.

International Shipping
Angelsong Creations will ship internationally under the following conditions:

We reserve the right to refuse to process any order or to refuse to ship to certain countries.

Processing of international orders is more complicated and takes a little longer.  We can ship on your UPS, Fed Ex or DHL account.  Otherwise, We will e-mail you an estimated shipping cost and we will need you to approve these costs before the order ships.

We usually ship by International First Class Mail and delivery typically take at 7-10 business days. However, there can be delays for any number of reasons which included high mail volumes, increased security and extra time to clear customs. Sometimes, shipments take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Angelsong Creations has no control over the postal services and therefore cannot and will not guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping.

If your shipment takes longer than 30 days, we can make a lost parcel claim with the US Post Office.  It may take another 30 days for the Post Office to complete its process.

Customs Fees, Duties, and Taxes - your shipment may be subject to a customs fees, duties or taxes.  It is the obligation of the buyer to pay them if neccessary. This information is generally available by contacting your local postal office or customs office. Angelsong Creations will put any incorrect information on customs forms or shipping documents.

Packaging
Angelsong uses recyclable packaging material whenever possible and we recycle packaging materials whenever we can.

Sending a Gift
For gift shipments, please provide the full name and address of the recipient in the ship to box. Please indicate that the order is a gift. Angelsong is happy to include a message with your order if you let us know what you would like the message to say.  Angelsong Creations does not provide a gift-wrapping service at this time.

Returns
Angelsong Creations will replace any merchandise damaged in transit once a photo of the damaged merchandise is sent to us.  Otherwise, all sales are final and we do not accept product returns.

Damaged Goods
Angelsong Creations replaces any goods that are damaged in transit if you'll send us a photo of the damaged goods so we can make a claim with UPS.

Canceling Orders
Angelsong Creations accepts order cancellations up to the time of shipment.  After the order has shipped, we do not accept cancellations.
